Rob is a partner at Wildeboer Dellelce LLP. Rob’s practice focuses on securities regulation, corporate finance matters and mergers & acquisitions. Rob has significant experience on a wide range of public equity and debt offerings, private placements and M&A transactions and regularly assists issuers, investment dealers, and institutional and private investors on equity and debt financing transactions, ranging from start-up investments, venture capital and private equity investments, to larger public offerings including cross-border offerings.
Rob also advises issuers, investment dealers and other securities industry participants on various regulatory compliance matters, including listings, governance and disclosure issues. He works with both established and emerging companies world-wide, primarily in the technology, life science, industrial and investment management and dealer sectors.
Rob is a current member of the Registration Advisory Committee to the Ontario Securities Commission and was a former member of the Securities Advisory Committee to the Ontario Securities Commission. He is the past chair of the board of directors of Variety Village and sits on a number of board of directors of companies in the life sciences industry.

• Acted for Lisi Mechanical Inc., one of Canada’s leading providers of full-service mechanical solutions for hi-rise structures and buildings. on its sale to Ethel Capital Corporation.
• Acted for AdvisorStream, a leading provider of digital engagement and marketing solutions for the global wealth and insurance industries, on its sale to Broadridge Financial Solutions, Inc., a global Fintech leader.
• Acted as independent legal counsel to the Special Committee of WPT’s Board of Trustees in US $3.1 billion acquisition by Blackstone Real Estate Income Trust, Inc.
• Acted for Flow Beverage Corp., a premium alkaline spring water company, in its reverse takeover transaction and trading on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
