represented a US medical device company in the tax-free restructuring of three subsidiaries in China through vertical merger, asset sales and liquidation;

represented a US oil company in three subsidiaries in different provinces in China in the absorption merger and tax-free restructuring;

acted for an American client in the sale of equity in a foreign-invested enterprise;

acted for an Australian medical device company in the sale of equity in a foreign-invested enterprise,

represented a US auto parts company in liquidating its subsidiary in China;

acted for a U.S. medical device company in the overall tax arrangements for the acquisition in China and provided services for post-acquisition restructuring;
