Robert P. Charbonneau focuses on business restructuring, dispute resolution, and insolvency matters. He has broad experience representing statutory committees, including creditors’ committees, and bankruptcy litigation.
Career
Robert P. Charbonneau is a founding member of Agentis PLLC. Prior to Agentis, he was a partner at Ehrenstein Charbonneau Calderin as well as a partner and Chair of the Bankruptcy group at Kluger Peretz Kaplan & Berlin.
He serves as outside counsel for Florida’s Attorney General in the bankruptcy case of In re: Purdue Pharma L.P., et al., Case No. 19-23649 (RDD).
He is a member of the Florida Bar, the U.S. District Court - Southern District of Florida, U.S. District Court - Middle District of Florida, Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals, and the U.S. Supreme Court.
