Rob Wick represents corporations and financial institutions in antitrust cases and class actions. He has been named American Lawyer's "Litigator of the Week" three times for his success in defeating multi-billion dollar claims. His recent victories include defeating class certification in the aluminum antitrust litigation and obtaining dismissal of 40 consolidated antitrust class actions relating to U.S. Treasuries. Rob is currently representing leading financial institutions in antitrust class actions and opt-out litigation involving equities, corporate bonds, municipal bonds, FX, derivatives, and European sovereign bonds. He has served as lead counsel for financial institutions and corporations in over 100 class actions and state attorney general actions asserting a variety of antitrust, unfair and deceptive practices, RICO, ERISA, FDCPA, FCRA, TILA, False Claims Act, and common law claims.
