Partner and Head of Employment team for both contentious and commercial sides of the department. Advises individuals and companies on all aspects of Employment law, including Unfair Dismissal, discrimination claims, redundancy, and Business restructure. Solicitor Advocate and personally litigates tribunals for clients. Special interest in Social Media Law and regular contributor to seminars in this area and has acted for a number of Scottish Premier League players and advised prominent players and coaches in Rugby Union and Athletics.
