Robert Juodka draws the majority of his clients from M&A, project financing, litigation, professional and business advisory including consultations concerning day-to-day business operations on corporate, commerce, employment matters of clients acting in different sectors of industry.

Robert has been involved in the field of energy for many years consulting local energy companies, as well as energy companies in Estonia and energy related companies in Poland.

Great knowledge of the market, perfect Estonian and Polish language skills and the ability to explain complex legal issues into clear and understandable language enables Robert to win clients’ trust and help them succeed. His legal expertise and market knowledge accumulated over many years allows him to serve clients better by offering them a combination of business expertise and knowledge of local legal regulatory issues.

Robert has an impressive track record and success rate in highly complex and demanding energy and natural resources and project finance transactions. A founder and organizer of an annual Traditional and Renewable Energy Forum held in Lithuania since 2012 together with the Estonian Chamber of Commerce in Lithuania and other partners.
