He works for both claimants and defendants, with a particular emphasis on brain injury cases including cerebral palsy birth claims, spinal injury cases, group actions, asbestos and other occupational illness claims, and on personal injury claims with a foreign element.
Rob is regularly instructed in appeal cases. He has acted in 5 cases in the Supreme Court in the last 12 months including a case on consent in clinical negligence and on secondary victims. Acting for APIL/MASS in ongoing appeal concerning new statutory whiplash regime.
