Ms. Granadier’s practice focuses on employee benefits and executive compensation. She works with private, public and governmental employers on their qualified and non-qualified retirement plans, equity and incentive compensation programs, ESOPs, VEBAs and welfare benefit plans. She has extensive experience with benefits issues in corporate transactions, including transaction documents, change of control agreements and parachute excise taxes, benefits for start-up companies, plan terminations and transition of benefit programs. Her practice includes retirement and compensation planning for key executives and helping clients of all sizes address fiduciary, compliance and strategic issues. Ms. Granadier has assisted companies and their owners in structuring and implementing sales of stock to ESOPs and has also represented bank lenders in ESOP loans. She advises compensation committees, ERISA fiduciaries, in-house counsel and human resource executives on fiduciary best-practices, compliance initiatives and plan design.
