Career

Throughout his professional career, Mr. Martínez has held positions of great prestige. He was appointed General Counsel of the General Directorate of the Interior of Mexico City. He also served as legal advisor to the Mexican Association of Motels and Hotels. In addition, he has been appointed as an arbitrator several times in commercial arbitration procedures administered by the most important arbitral institutions. Also, throughout his extensive career, he has represented successfully individuals and corporations in extremely complex litigation and arbitral proceedings. In addition, Mr. Martinez has provided numerous counsels, in relation to the opportunity of the actions or defenses of his clients, depending on each case.
