Roberto Vallina Hoset joined MLAB Abogados as a partner in 2023.

He has more than twenty years of experience, and he has represented companies before Spanish and the European Union institutions. He has also acted before Spanish courts, the Court of Justice of the European Union and the European Court of Human Rights.

His experience covers agreements restricting competition, as well as cartels, abuse of dominance cases, unfair competition and State Aid. He has a strong experience in proceedings before the Court of Justice of the European Union, both in annulment proceedings and in claims for damages against the Institutions of the European Union. His professional practice covers a wide range of sectors, among which are banking sector, commercial distribution, copyright management, vehicle distribution, sport clubs, construction, collaborative economy, funerary services, and public procurement.

He has also been lecturer of European Union law and currently teaches classes in post-graduate programs in several universities.
