Roger Harris is an experienced advocate who specialises in clinical negligence and catastrophic personal injury claims. He has appeared in a number of the leading cases relating to vicarious liability for intentional torts, including the Supreme Court case of Mohamud v WM Morrison Supermarkets PLC and is instructed in historic sexual abuse cases. He has a particular specialism in cases involving the Animals Act and farming matters generally and is regularly instructed on behalf of leading racehorse trainers. His clinical negligence practice includes a particular focus on issues relating to consent, cauda equina and oncology claims.
