Roi Turgheman is a partner in the Tel-Aviv office of Naschitz Brandes Amir. Mr. Turgheman's practice primarily focuses on corporate finance, securities, and capital markets. He regularly advises on public equity and debt offerings, private placements, and tender bids and provides ongoing counseling services to public and private companies on matters of securities and corporate law.

Prior to joining Naschitz Brandes Amir, Mr. Turgheman worked in a leading accounting firm in Israel that specialized in audits, due diligence, and post-merger integration, and subsequently, in the corporate finance department of the Israel Securities Authority.
