Russell advises on the creation of complex Wills, bespoke Inheritance Tax and Estate Planning for high net worth individuals and their families. He also provides bespoke advise in relation to the Creation and administration of

Lifetime Trusts to mitigate tax and for asset protection.

Russell acts for wealthy families, providing them with advice relating to pre-sale tax planning, business succession and their own personal Private Client needs. He is well connected nationally and has longstanding relationships with the top professional practices across the country.

Russell has a particular interest in digital assets and providing advice on how to ensure that our “digital footprints” and any digital assets are dealt with appropriately after death.

Russell is experienced in dealing with complex probates, which will often has one or more complicating factors, including international elements and / or business property and agricultural property.

Trained at Brabners LLP in Manchester before moving to JMW Solicitors LLP.
