Career
S Sivaneindiren was called to the Malaysian Bar in 1991. He is a highly experienced litigator with particular expertise in corporate litigation, banking law, bankruptcy and winding-up proceedings, employment disputes, debt collection and interlocutory relief.
He has conducted many High Court hearings and trials and has appeared on numerous occasions before the Supreme Court, the Court of Appeal and the Federal Court. He has also represented clients in Disciplinary Proceedings conducted by the Legal Profession's Disciplinary Board and the Board of Architects. He also has considerable experience in Arbitration Proceedings.

2. A member of the team representing the Malaysian Bar at the Royal Commission on the Inquiry into the death of Teoh Beng Hock.
3. A member of the Malaysian Bar team involved in the judicial review of the decision of the Attorney General of Malaysia to exonerate the Malaysian Prime Minister.
4. Contributed to the first addition of the Malaysian White Book.
