Career

Samantha works with companies of all sizes to reach efficient solutions to commercial disputes. Samantha’s practice niche includes complex title disputes, including adverse possession, record title and bona fide purchasers, retained acreage clauses, and lease termination claims.

From the start of her practice, Samantha has focused on learning and developing oil and gas law in Texas and Oklahoma. She started her legal practice at a litigation boutique in Houston before founding Hogan Thompson Schuelke LLP with Christopher Hogan in 2020. Immediately following law school, Samantha served as a law clerk to the Hon. Claire V. Eagan in the Northern District of Oklahoma and the Hon. Robert E. Bacharach on the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals.
