Career

Santiago Miramón is partner of Corporate Law and Mergers and Acquisitions at the Firm. Santiago focuses its practice on advising national and foreign clients on the purchase and sale of assets; structuring complex transactions for the acquisition and sale of investment vehicles, and the purchase of distressed assets. Additionally, Santiago has extensive experience in advising clients in investment vehicle management, negotiation of shareholder agreements, corporate governance structures, company dissolution, and liquidation. He is a lawyer with a specialization in Contracts and Legal-Commercial Relations and a Master’s Degree (LL.M) in Corporate and Securities Law.
