Santiago obtained his Law degree from Universidad de Buenos Aires (Summa cum laude, 1999). In addition, he obtained a degree as a Specialist in Tax Law from Universidad Austral. Prior to joining Beccar Varela, Santiago was a partner in charge of the Tax Law Department at Fortunati & Asociados, which he joined in 2005.
He has published a book and several articles about tax law and has lectured in seminars and meetings on tax issues in Argentina and abroad.
