She was a founding partner of MA Abogados.

She was specialising in insolvency, maritime, corporate, unfair competition and economic criminal law, and leading major, complex proceedings.

Sara has held various posts as an insolvency practitioner, board secretary and board legal counsel.

She also has extensive national and international experience in commercial contracting and business reorganisation, having participated in large corporate transactions.

She has vast experience in commercial litigation, corporate litigation, arbitration, conciliation and mediation.

Her expertise extends to out-of-court negotiation and settlement, thanks to her work experience with insurers
