Sarah Laird has extensive experience in a broad range of commercial real estate matters. She is committed to partnering with clients to understand their challenges in reaching their objectives. She collaborates with them to develop creative and efficient strategies to meet their business goals. Sarah routinely assists with various real estate components of commercial transactional matters, including:

- acquisitions and dispositions of real estate

- capital structuring

- negotiation of financing documents, development agreements, property management agreements, easements, and covenants

- review and evaluation of property diligence materials

Sarah represents investors, developers and operators of health care facilities, senior living communities, office assets, multi-family properties and various other real estate assets located throughout the United States. She also advises several large institutional investment funds focused on the health care sector. Sarah provides guidance to clients on day-to-day operational issues associated with the development, ownership and operation of real estate assets.
