During her career, Sarah has focused on high profile group litigation against corporations both in the UK and overseas and developed extensive experience in product liability and environmental cases, often involving personal injury group actions. Her cases have involved defective medical devices, pharmaceuticals and mass torts.
She has a strong commitment to social justice issues, offering victims a voice and bringing unacceptable conduct into the open. This includes her acting on behalf of 38 gymnasts, including Olympians, who suffered systemic physical and emotional abuse whilst training at British Gymnastics’ facilities, and lobbying for reform of the Vaccine Damages Payment Scheme.
Sarah is also representing a group of 40 individual claimants, or their next of kin, all of whom have suffered Vaccine Induced Thrombocytic Thrombocytopenia resulting in death or significant neurological injury, alleged to be as a result of their vaccination with the COVID19 vaccination manufactured and/or supplied in the UK by AstraZeneca Limited.
