Sarah's experience extends to advising on nuptial agreements In the context of protecting substantial Inherited family wealth, and disputes between unmarried couples under TOLATA or Schedule 1 claims.

Sarah sits as Chair for North and West Yorkshire's Young Resolution committee, and as a result, she has strong links with local family law professionals which assists In her day-to-day practice. Sarah Is also Collaboratively trained, meaning she Is able to act for clients who prefer to adopt the more inclusive and sophisticated Collaborative approach when resolving their family law disputes.

Sarah takes Instructions from clients from a range of cultural, social and economic backgrounds across England and Wales.

Career

Sarah's experience In family law matters spans back to 2015, when she first started her career as a Paralegal at a highly regarded regional law firm In Leeds. Here she gained crucial experience assisting on high-net-worth financial disputes and complex children matters.

Shortly after qualifying as a family law solicitor in 2019, Sarah moved to Freeths LLP where her knowledge, approach, and client offering has gone from strength to strength. She now represents clients from all backgrounds across England and Wales.

Sarah is an active member of Resolution, an Independent organisation of professionals who are committed to resolving family law matters In a constructive and non-adversary way. Sarah sits as Chair of the North and West Yorkshire Young Resolution Committee.
