Sean is a Partner and Co-Leader of the Bankruptcy and Corporate Restructuring Section. His practice involves business restructurings in and out of bankruptcy proceedings, representation of secured lenders, bondholder groups, unsecured creditor committees, court-appointed settlement monitors, special committees, boards and independent directors, as well as advising buyers and significant creditors in chapter 11 proceedings.
