He focuses on transactional tax matters. He specializes in corporate reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions, and national and cross-border investment fund structuring, mainly concerning private equity and real estate transactions.

Before joining Galicia, Sebastián worked at a renowned law firm in the transactional tax and tax litigation practices.

He studied law at Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (2013).
