Sebastian supports his clients in M&A projects and other corporate transactions in Germany and internationally. He regularly advises on the acquisition and sale of businesses, the establishment and structuring of joint ventures as well as corporate reorganisations. Sebastian's practice also includes general corporate law and regulatory matters beyond transactional advice. He has particular expertise in the energy and infrastructure sector.
Career
Sebastian joined Hengeler Mueller in 2010, and has been partner since 2018. In 2014 and 2105, he worked with the US-law firm Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP in New York.
