Sébastien is a partner in the Capital Markets and Securities, M&A and Corporate Governance practices at Davies in Montréal. He advises on significant and complex public and private mergers and acquisitions, including contested transactions, and represents Canadian and U.S. issuers and underwriters in public offerings and private placements of equity and debt securities. Sébastien works extensively with REITS, financial institutions, and financial technology and life science companies. Clients regularly turn to him for assistance with their most sensitive securities regulations and corporate governance assignments, including shareholder activism matters. Sébastien has taught securities regulations at McGill University as a sessional lecturer and is a director of the J-Armand Bombardier Foundation.
