Career
Serges Martin Zangue is an advocate and member of the Cameroon Bar Association since 2001.
He founded Zangue & Partners, a business law firm, in 2014 after several years of intense practice as an associate and senior associate in renowned law firms in Cameroon with different profiles.
Over the years, Serges has been involved in landmark projects/transactions and has advised and assisted various investors in different sectors of activities.
Serges demonstrates extensive experience in providing both legal advisory and litigation services. His expertise spans Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), Project and Corporate Finance, with a particular focus on Banking and Finance, Energy and Natural Resources, Real Estate and Capital Markets. Serges and his team also defend the interests of a mainly corporate clientele before judicial, administrative and arbitration bodies.
His profound understanding of the legal frameworks surrounding sovereign loans and cross-border financing enables him to provide invaluable insights on complex financial matters.
