Over his 24 years of professional experience, he has advised a wide variety of clients in various business disputes (distribution and agency lawsuits, corporate disputes, directors' liability, etc.), from multinationals to micro-companies.

He also boasts considerable experience as a litigator in significant claims related to civil liability actions (contractual and non-contractual). Throughout such proceedings, he has defended the interests of both insurance companies and insured parties.

Additionally, he also has an extensive experience advising manufacturers on defects in mass-produced products, advising clients in formulating the optimal plan of action before public administrations and the affected parties.
