Career

Shalini R. Campbell is the Deputy Chief Managing Partner of Dentons Delany’s 13 Caribbean jurisdictions; she also serves as the Office Managing Partner and Head of Litigation and Dispute Resolution in the Trinidad and Tobago office. Her expertise is in complex commercial Litigation and Dispute Resolution with a particular focus on Restructuring, Insolvency and Bankruptcy. Her civil and commercial litigation practice spans Arbitration, Banking and Finance, Construction Law, Cryptocurrency, Employment, Environmental Law, Freedom of Information Applications, Bankruptcy Insolvency and Restructuring, Insurance Law, Judicial Review, Tax Appeals, Company Law, Personal Injury, Tort and Contract Law. She is a member of the Caribbean Restructuring, Insolvency and Bankruptcy group and of Dentons' Global Litigation and Dispute Resolution Leadership Team. She has wide-ranging experience representing clients in strategic negotiations, mediations, arbitration and trials.
