Silje Grimseth Ullebust has more than 15 years’ experience with public procurement matters and is one of Norway’s most specialised partners in this field. She is a major contributor in some of the biggest and most important public procurement matters in Norway. Her background also includes contract law and construction law, and she has wide knowledge with a number of forms of contracts.
Silje has extensive experience as adviser to both suppliers and public entities on all stages of the procurement process. She has built up a broad-based experience by working together with key suppliers to the public sector and through some of Norway’s biggest public purchasers.
She is also very experienced in processing cases for the Norwegian Complaints Board for Public Procurement (KOFA), drafting and handling claims for compensation, including litigation and taking actions for Interim measures – with a very high success-rate.
Silje is a sought-after lecturer within her field, and she also holds courses for Grette’s own clients. She is regarded as one of Norway’s foremost procurement lawyers – both by clients and fellow lawyers.
