Employment law, commercial law, public law. Having a broad practice with an emphasis on employment, discrimination and commercial law, Simon is regularly instructed to appear in the High Court, the employment tribunals and at appellate level. Recently his practice (in employment law) has had a particular focus on litigation arising out of team moves (including interim relief), claims brought by senior executives (including whistle blowing and discrimination claims) and complex claims involving multi-jurisdictional issues.
