Work, rigor and analysis. These are the three ingredients that comprise the recipe for Simon Pelletier’s success. Simon is also a member of BCF’s Board of Directors. An engineer and a lawyer, he brings a significant contribution to the firm having developed an impressive portfolio of clients, including major work providers, promoters, general contractors, companies in the field of high technologies and specialized professionals.
With a bachelor’s degree in Materials Engineering from École Polytechnique de Montréal, Simon worked as a high-tech entrepreneur himself before becoming a lawyer, which allows him to understand the realities and challenges the clients he represents have to face. His background also gives him a unique and recognized technical expertise. Focusing his practice on construction law and civil liability, he specializes in complex litigation that requires the intervention of several experts.
Simon holds a master's degree in administrative and constitutional law and is the author of numerous publications, conferences and training sessions in his main areas of expertise, such as administrative, environmental and public contracting law.
