Simon is a Partner in Nelsons' Dispute Resolution team and has extensive expertise in property disputes, advising on rights of way claims, landlord and tenant disputes, boundary disputes, adverse possession, restrictive covenants, emergency injunctions, planning issues and appeals, squatters’ claims, access and easement disputes, enforcement of rights of way, rent arrears claims for commercial and residential landlords, forfeiture and relief from forfeiture claims and distraint and dilapidations claims. He also advises on commercial disputes.
