Siva Subramaniam is Co-Head of the Maritime & Aviation and Head of Aviation Finance.
He represents many financial institutions, leasing companies, private equity firms, export credit agencies and many leading airlines in a wide variety of transactions, such as tax/leveraged leases, syndicated secured lending, operating leases, portfolio sales and financings, sale-leasebacks, securitisations, and export credit-agency and insurance supported loans.
He was admitted as a solicitor in New South Wales, Australia in 1995 and England and Wales in 1998.
