Sophie leads the Court of Protection team at Dean Wilson. Specialising in Deputyships for Property and Financial Affairs, for those with traumatic brain injuries and settlements in excess of £1,000,000. Sophie has diversified the department to also carry out Health and Welfare Deputyship Applications, Statutory Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney. Sophie excels in her client-centred approach ensuring that the client’s funds are well manged in their best interests and that the clients are kept thoroughly involved.
Career
Sophie has practised Court of Protection work for 11 years, leading the team for five years and becoming an Associate in April 2020. Sophie also acts as a Deputy and Trustee for a number of our clients.
