She combines being Singapore and English-qualified, a proven track record of working on deals with a strong Asia nexus, and the commercial and transactional ability and cultural sensitivity to deal effectively with various stakeholders, regulators across the region and international clients.

Sophie’s market stature is reflected in her being appointed on the Corporate Law Advisory Board of Singapore, an advisory panel established by the Singapore Accounting and Company Regulatory Authority, to advise it on corporate law. She is also on the Advisory Board of the Singapore Management University’s Yong Pung How School of Law which features a diverse array of leading legal practitioners from all sectors of the industry.
