Sophie is the Managing Director of RFR and leads the Buying team, having spent the last decade finding and securing the finest homes in London for her private clients. As a Londoner born and bred, her knowledge of the prime central markets is exceptional and, with her legal background at one of the City’s leading private client law firms, she brings a unique perspective to service-delivery within the buying industry. Described as the ‘UK’s leading buying agent’ by Chambers HNW Guide 2022 and named Spear’s Property Adviser of the Year in 2019, Sophie is consistently ranked at the top of Chambers HNW Guide, Spear’s Top Ten London Buying Agents, Citywealth’s Leaders List and the list of ‘Top Residential Buying Agents’ by ePrivateClient. She has also been nominated recently by her peers for ‘Leader of the Year’ at the ‘Inspiring Women in Property Awards 2023’. “She is super-bright and combines this with market knowledge as well as emotional intelligence” says one observer in Spear’s Property Advisers Index, 2023, whilst clients commend her as “superbly knowledgeable” and a “calm and extremely effective negotiator”.

Outside of RFR, Sophie enjoys all-things sport and can often be found on a tennis or netball court, avidly watching Spurs with Richard and their two boys or running around London’s beloved green spaces. She was also selected for the Prince’s Trust Mentor Scheme in 2020 to be a mentor to young women helping them to bring their business plans to life.
