Stanley has extensive experience in Banking & Finance area and provides legal advice to domestic and international banks and other financial institutions in a variety of matters, including set-up, merger and acquisition of financial institutions, syndicated loans, property finance, cross-border RMB trade, pre-IPO finance, privatization finance and other cross-border transactions, and providing regulatory advice in relation to their business, operation and marketing activities in China. Stanley also advises borrowers and other corporate clients in their receiving various financial services from banks and other financial institutions, including borrowing, derivative transactions, structured products and wealth management. Stanley is very familiar with Shanghai Pilot Free Trade Zone, advising plenty of financial institutions and corporations in the FTZ on their cross-border transactions.

Stanley also has strong expertise in bank card industry, payment service institutions and payment business, pre-paid card and internet-financing.
