Partner in Homburger's Financial Market Regulation, Financial and Investment Products and Capital Markets teams. Stefan Kramer's practice focuses on capital markets and banking law. He regularly advises on asset based financings (covered bonds and securitizations), banking regulation (including regulatory capital transactions) and derivatives markets regulations.
