Stefano Sciolla is the Managing Partner of Latham & Watkins' Milan office. He is a member of the firm's Aerospace, Defense & Government Services Industry Group core team.

He primarily handles corporate law matters, and he has considerable experience advising clients on:

- Mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and private equity deals

- Divestitures

- Strategic commercial contracts

- Corporate governance and public company representation

- Capital markets transactions

He regularly advises Italian and international clients in cross-border corporate transactions. He also has considerable experience in the aerospace and defense business, as well as in the energy sector.
