Stefano Tellarini is a partner of Maisto e Associati. His practice includes domestic and international taxation, with particular respect to inbound and outbound investments, financial and real estate taxation, hedge and private equity funds, private banking, life insurance products and trusts. He advises high net-wealth individuals on estate and succession planning, transfer of businesses, lifetime transfers, and asset governance. In particular, he advises private clients, in Italy and abroad, in the analysis of the tax ramifications of complex financial products, investment instruments and real estate structures. He also assists clients (domestic and international) in potential tax controversies and tax dispute resolutions through settlements.

He joined Maisto e Associati as partner in 2019, after having acted as a partner in another tax law firm for five years.
