Steven is a specialist Planning Law solicitor, Steven acts for developers, planning consultants, and property and landowners who have complex planning law requirements. He undertakes a wide range of contentious planning and property litigation matters including proceedings in a variety of Tribunals such as the County and High Courts, the Property Chamber, the Lands Tribunal, and Planning Inquiries. With his litigation background, Steven is unique in being able to bridge the gap between planning law, contentious property law, and litigation procedure. He is, therefore, able to provide clients with a single source of expert legal advice that draws on specialist knowledge and experience in all three areas.
Steven’s interest in property litigation and planning derives from a desire to offer clients a legal service that combines related areas of law in a way that is not offered elsewhere. His combination of specialisms and niche expertise in property litigation and planning means he is able to resolve clients’ disputes cost-effectively and also add value to clients’ properties.
