In 2023, Mr. McCool obtained a full acquittal for a former 21st Century Fox senior executive charged in the FIFA bribery case, following an eight-week jury trial in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York. He has secured victories in a number of other high-profile trials, including the "Shot Show" Foreign Corrupt Practices Act case, the Trump Inauguration protesters case, and for a former AECOM executive charged with honest services fraud.
