With more than 30 years of real estate experience, Steve handles a wide variety of commercial real estate matters and has extensive experience representing landlords and tenants in leasing transactions. Steve has also served as lead acquisitions and development counsel for numerous office, industrial and retail projects, including the development of Wells Fargo Downtown East Campus, a 1.3 million-square-foot project adjacent to the Minnesota Vikings stadium.
Personal
Outside the office, Steve plays music at various Twin Cities performance venues and recently ended his tenure as a long-time member of The Cedar Cultural Center board of directors, whose mission involves the promotion of intercultural appreciation through global music.
