Representing Xstrata and its subsidiary in the defence of mass tort claims brought in the English High Court by multiple individuals claiming injury and unlawful detention at the hands of the Peruvian National Police, during the course of a violent protest at one of the defendant’s mines in Peru in 2012.
Representing global energy companies in the defence of regulatory enforcement proceedings commenced by Ofgem for alleged licence and/or REMIT infringements.
Representing Goldman Sachs International in the defence of claims for rescission of substantial derivative trades for undue influence and unconscionable bargain.
