His experience spans leveraged and acquisition finance, real estate finance, syndicated lending, project finance, refinancings, debt capital markets transactions, high-yield bond offerings and asset-backed financings.

A trusted advisor in the restructuring space, Svante has played a key role in some of the most complex debt restructurings and work-outs in the Nordic market, regularly representing lenders, agents, and creditor groups in distressed situations. Career

Svante Hultqvist was key to the establishment of each of the Banking & Finance practice and the Restructuring practice at Advokatfirman Cederquist where he was a partner for more than 20 years before departing to take part in the establishment of RE:FI STHLM in 2024.
