He also has experience with domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions and other international and domestic corporate matters, including private equity transactions, MBO/LBOs, joint venture and wholly owned-subsidiary transactions, licensing and technical collaboration agreements, distributorship agreements and litigation.
Career
Started career with Anderson Mori & Tomotsune (1997-); becoming Partner (2005-) and Member of Management Committee (2023-). Seconded to Shearman & Sterling, New York and Tokyo (2003- 2004) and a leading Japanese investment bank (2004-2005).
