Career
Tarcísio Araújo Kroetz has built a remarkable career as a lawyer in the sectors of electricity, oil and gas, investments in agribusiness, education and technology. He has extensive experience in conflict resolution and M&A operations. He also acts as an arbitrator in corporate disputes.
Tarcísio received his Bachelor Law degree from the Federal University of Paraná (UFPR) and a Legal Master's degree from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (PUC-SP.) He is an alumni from the New York University (NYU) and has already been part of the faculty of the Federal University of Paraná (UFPR) and the Pontifical Catholic University of Paraná (PUC-PR).
He is currently president of the Instituto dos Advogados do Paraná (IAP-PR), president of the Paraná branch of the Center for the Study of Law Firms - CESA, member of the Brazilian Arbitration Committee - CBAr and the Brazilian Association of Private Equity and Venture Capital - ABVCAP .
