Career
Tatiana Cappa Chiaradia is a partner in the tax department and the head of Candido Martins Advogados Tax Litigation practice. She draws upon her tax knowledge to contact and advise high net worth clients on various Tax and Wealth Planning issues.
Tatiana assists national and international clients, from a wide range of sectors, performing before Federal and State Courts, Superior Courts and Administrative Courts, advising the clients in active and passive litigation matters, in risk assessment regarding chances of success of current and potential litigations, and analysing recovery of tax credits.
Before joining Candido Martins, she worked in some of the biggest Brazilian law firms.

Currently, Tatiana serves as a judge of the Court of Taxes of São Paulo State (TIT-SP).

Tatiana holds a Masters’ in Constitutional Law from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (PUC-SP), a Specialization in Constitutional Law from Escola Superior de Direito Constitucional and a Bachelors’ degree from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (PUC-SP).
