Practice Areas
Tessa Penninks is a partner in the Banking & Finance Practice Area Group and heads the Financial Services Team of CMS Netherlands.
Tessa advises financial institutions as banks, credit providers, payment service providers, insurers, FinTech/InsurTech companies and leasing companies in the field of, among other things, financial supervision regulations, market-entry (licensing application and European Passport notification) and anti-money laundering regulations, including the contact with the regulator in this regard.
In addition, Tessa is particularly involved in the preparation and review of contractual documents regarding financial products and services, leasing and securities. Tessa also advises in disputes and litigation in these areas.
