Partner of UGGC Avocats, Thierry Dal Farra created the Public Business Law department, which he currently oversees.
He is a former graduate from the ENA, and a former senior official at the Legal Affairs Department of the Ministry for the Economy and Finance and at the Council of State, the Administrative Supreme Court of France (Conseil d’Etat).
He is a member of the editorial committee of the Bulletin Juridique des Contrats Publics and a senior lecturer for five-year students (Master II in Public Business Law programme) at Université de Paris Panthéon Assas – Paris II.
Thierry Dal Farra boasts strong expertise in different aspects of public law, with notable activity in litigation proceedings. He also assists public bodies with the negotiation and performance of public contracts.
He has specialized for many years in compliance and criminal law in relation with public bodies and public procurement activities.
